Privacy Policy
DecorHome AI · Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EyAy Apps ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the DecorHome AI mobile application (the "App"). DecorHome AI lets you upload a photo of a room and receive AI-generated interior-design concepts. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Photos and content you provide
When you use the App's core feature, you submit photos and related inputs. These images are sent to our processing infrastructure and to third-party AI providers in order to generate redesigned images of your space. We process the images to deliver the result back to you.
Purchase information
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and/or in-app purchases sold through Apple. Payments are handled by Apple — we never receive your full payment-card details. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscription status, which processes your purchase receipts and a pseudonymous app user ID.
Usage and analytics data
We collect information about how you interact with the App (screens viewed, features used, session and crash data, device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and approximate region). We use analytics and attribution tools including Mixpanel and the Meta (Facebook) SDK for these purposes.
Identifiers
We and our partners may use device and advertising identifiers. On iOS, identifiers used for tracking are accessed only after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can decline or change this at any time in iOS Settings.
Account information
If the App offers an account or sign-in, we collect the email address and authentication details you provide to create and secure your account.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App's core functionality and generate redesigned images of your space;
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases and restore them across your devices;
- To measure usage, fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features;
- To measure marketing and attribution and, where permitted, deliver relevant advertising;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and to comply with law.
3. How your photos are processed
Photos you submit are transmitted securely to our backend and to third-party AI providers (for example, Google's generative-AI services) solely to produce your result. We do not use your photos to train our own models. Images are retained only as long as needed to deliver and, where applicable, let you re-access your results, after which they are deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.
4. Third parties and sub-processors
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Apple — App distribution, in-app purchases, and payments;
- RevenueCat — subscription management and validation;
- Mixpanel — product analytics;
- Meta Platforms — advertising and attribution (subject to your ATT choice);
- Google — AI processing of submitted images and prompts;
- Cloud hosting and backend providers (such as Appwrite and Cloudflare) — storage, authentication, and content delivery.
The specific set of sub-processors may change over time as the App evolves.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights").
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any right, contact us at developer@eyay.app.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
